Olivia Landry – Second place sophomore/freshman poem
Christopher Sharrar – Third place sophomore/freshman poem
The contest is funded by a grant from the late Kensinger Jones and Alice Jones. Kensinger had a 50-year career as a writer of radio dramas, creative director for international advertising agencies, author of numerous magazine article and several movie scripts. He and Alice collaborated on two published books and their work has appeared in many local newspapers.
