Blank work permits will be on the rack located in the main entrance vestibule area.
The State requires the work permits to be printed on a specific color depending on the student's age so you will not find an electronic copy on the website.
Students Under 16 - Pink Form
Students 16-17 years old - Yellow Form
**Permits need to be completed and signed by student and parent (top portion of permit) and employer (middle portion) before the school can sign off on it and make a copy.
Work Permit pick up, or school approval on a completed permit can be done anytime during the following scheduled summer hours:
Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
