Thanks to a Next Generation Network Grant, TKHS art teacher Barb Maring was able to purchase several frames and mats to display student art throughout the village.
Maring said this is a great way to share student work with the community and bring more awareness about the art created by students at TKHS. Each piece includes a nameplate with the student's name, grade and title of the art piece.
Several pieces are already on display in the Middleville Village Hall and meeting room. Other locations include McKeown & Kraai Professionals, Thornapple Floral, Dr. McKeown Dental Office, Dr. Smendik Family Practice, Riverdog Tavern, and Hastings City Bank.
